We at New Horizon Systems offer anyone who purchases a system from us a FREE 12 months of hardware and software support. We believe that this one year support gives enough time for you, our customer, to understand the software we have provided. This support covers troubleshooting of issues small or large with the help of our support team. However, our support doesn't end there and we are able to offer our excellent support at a very low monthly cost at a rate that our competitors find hard to beat.

The support options available are detailed below

   Hardware and Software Support     

1st Terminal                             £25.00 + Vat each month

Additional Terminals               £15.00 + Vat each month

Above costs includes FREE support for back office software and access to logmein remote access.

  Software only Support  

1st Terminal                              £15.00 + Vat each month

Additional Terminals                £10.00 + Vat each month

Above costs includes FREE support for back office software and access to logmein remote access.

 No support  

If you decide to not use our support contract for any reason, You will have to pay for each support call that you make. This is charged by an hourly rate based on the engineers work and we still offer the best support we can from our trained engineers who will work hard to fix your problem as soon as able. As each support call is different, parts and labour can vary dependant on what the task at hand may be.

Normal working Hours               £45.00 + Vat per Hour

Outside Hours                            £95.00 + Vat per Hour

Additional Hours                        £25.00 + Vat per Hour

Note: All payments must be made in advance.

Note: Our contract so can only be cancelled anytime after 12 month with one month notice via an email or phone.

If you require support outside of the support times above then this will be chargeable at a cost minimum £ 45.00 + Vat for the customers on maintenance contract and is subject to engineer availability.
