Intelligent design eliminates complication

Even new and part time staff can operate the ViViPOS with minimal training because the graphic screens make how to use them obvious. For example, when staff clock in, they see a time clock on the screen with job cards in a rack. The pre-defined layouts are easily modified to meet individual business needs. You or your dealer can change the colours, sizes and functions of buttons on the touch screen to suit how your business operates.

Built with relentless attention to quality, ViViPOS has no moving parts to maximise reliability. It uses industrial grade components, its central processing unit is fanless for longer life and it incorporates a solid state disk drive with an almost unlimited life expectancy.

Secure Data and Automated Back Up

ViViPOS stores your sales data on solid state disk. Additionally, an automated process backs up your data to a separate solid state memory for added security. If you wish, you can also manually back up your data to a USB memory stick for storing data off site.

Access Levels and Price Changes

Access by staff to your system can be password controlled at different levels of authority. If a staff member is not authorised to use a function, the button for that function does not appear on his screen.

Inter Register and Internet Communication

Prices, bar codes and staff name changes made on one ViViPOS can be sent automatically to other ViViPOS terminals in the system.

Updates and changes can be made in advance and programmed to take effect on a specific date.

Remote access is a standard feature of ViViPOS. You can view your ViViPOS terminals operating in real time from any web enabled device such as a PC or smart ‘phone.
