When you are in an industry such as ours, you aspire to have a number of flagship sites, especially those in prime locations, such as Central London.

Well, few sites come much more prime than Cranbourn Street, the entrance to Leicester Square!

We were approached by an extremely friendly potential customer, who were looking to expand their current Discount Theatre Tickets business to encompass merchandise from the shows. We were happy to provide them with a full on-site demonstration, and were extremely pleased to hear that they had decided our system was the one for them.

We delivered and installed the system, including staff training, prior to the shop's launch, to enable the staff to become accustomed to using all the advanced features of the system in their own time. This meant that one potentially stressful element of the shop's opening weekend was counteracted before it could happen!

Another addition to this site was a barcode label printer, which enables staff at the store to barcode any non-barcoded products. This makes for a far better stock control system, enabling management to keep track of stock in a much more reliable way.

It has been a pleasure working with Stuart and his team at London Theatre Gifts, and we look forward to helping them with any future ventures.
