Farnborough Social Club lies in the picturesque village of Farnborough near Orpington. In the past, the club had been using an old till style system, and some would consider that they took a brave step in upgrading to a touch screen system. However, with two Geller TS 3500 linked to a back office in a network, the transition was a breeze. Here is another perfect example of how user friendly the Geller Touch Software is, and whatever your age the operation of the till is so simple that new staff can be trained very quickly.
 
The back office allows reporting, while the two front terminals manage the sales. Enhanced security measures ensure risks of loss are minimised. Our installation also included designing a tailor made report which provides an analysis of sales that helps to identify differences during monthly stock take.
 
As the level of control becomes better, comprehensive information is available about sales, so the stock differences are becoming smaller all the time.
 
The club will soon be looking to install broadband so that they can benefit not only from remote support when needed, but our expertise in modern technology.
 
Does an investment in a touch screen payback??… too right it does!!!
